How to cook Thai soup.
Heat one tsp of oil in an exceedingly pan over medium heat.
Add ginger paste, garlic paste, chilli pepper paste, vinegar and sliced chicken items. Add salt to style and saute for a couple of minutes (add water if required to saute).
Add tomato ketchup, sugar, soy sauce, shredded shrimp and still cook for five minutes.
Remove from heat and put aside.
In a deep frying pan or pot, add vi cups of room-temperature water. don't activate heat as we want to combine everything along before preparing it.
In a separate bowl, add three tbsp of water and stir in corn starch. Add associate egg and blend everything well, making certain to own no lumps. Add the egg mixture to the water and blend well.
Continue to stir and blend everything, this step is very important to regulate the temperature of the egg mixture. If not mixed well, the egg can break apart and also the soup could also be clogged and not sleek.
Turn on heat to low-medium temperature and add in lemongrass items and galangal ginger slices. Cook for five minutes at low heat, stirring ceaselessly.
Add one cup broth and chicken-shrimp mixture into the soup. Cook for ten minutes at medium heat, stirring ceaselessly.
Add inexperienced chilli pepper, black pepper and a pair of tbsp of juice. Cook till the soup has reached the specified consistency.
Remove from heat and serve at once.
